User friendly design

To make integration into any working process simpler, the Signum Ex standard version features a housing with protection class IP65 (IP4X for 0.6 kg version) and a variety of connection options. Signum Ex is available in stainless steel or painted versions depending on the application needs. It also has extensive overload protection (up to 300 kg) and high resistance to external forces such as shocks and vibrations. This makes it ideal for use in industrial environments and guarantees exact measurement results every time. The integrated calibration weights ensure that the scales are precise, and large amounts of data can be stored in the internal product memory.

The Signum Series complete scale system provides the added flexibility of choosing a specific weighing technology, allowing you to customize resolution and performance for your specific needs.

Sartorius IF Series floor scales are flat-bed scales that are available in various sizes, designs, weighing capacities and resolutions. They feature strain-gauge load cells that provide especially precise resolution. All flat-bed scales can be configured as high resolution instruments or for use in legal metrology.

IF series protection is rated at IP67/68 which is suitable for wet environments. If the application requires, an optional innovative lifting mechanism is available for easy cleaning under the platform at the place of installation. Design material options include stainless steel, glass bead-blasted, polished or electropolished. The IF Series floor scales can be easily connected to intrinsically safe Sartorius indicators or to a Sartorius controller in safe areas via interface converter. All components for use in hazardous areas come with verification of intrinsic safety.

The Minebea Intec IF Series painted steel platform scales delivers various options for portability utilizing the unique MovelIne weighing platform.

Each IF Series stainless steel platform scale is built with an IP68 protection rating and capacities ranging from 150 to 3,000 kilograms with resolutions up to 30,000 display divisions.

Cubis II Milligram precision balances offer several weighing modules with a max capacity of 5,200 grams. Each of the weighing modules offer the selection between 320 grams to 5,200 gram capacity with patented motorized leveling. Optional 3-door glass & stainless steel draft shields with motorized hands-free operation are selectable. All weighing modules can be combined with an MCA (Advanced) or MCE (Essential) display/control module.

Cubis II Semi-Micro balances offer four (4) weighing modules. Each of the weighing modules offer the selection between 220 gram or 120 gram capacity with patented motorized leveling. Optional 3-door glass draft shields with motorized hands-free operation are selectable. All weighing modules can be combined with an MCA (Advanced) or MCE (Essential) display/control module.

Cubis II Ultra-Micro and Micro balances are the flagship of the balance line. Weighing module 2.7S provides 2-gram capacity combined with 0.1 microgram readability. Within the 1.0 microgram range Sartorius offers 10 gram, 6 gram & 3 gram capacities*. The more advanced Combics 2 indicator incorporates several application programs to support handling and processing in addition to simple weighing functions. Easy-to-operate, this indicator is optimized for easy cleaning with optional IP ratings of either IP69K or IP44.Product data memory can store up to 100 entries and keypad lock and password protection keep data secure. Advanced weighing functions include neutral measurement which measures length, surface, and volume of parts of equal weight, and averaging which averages a number of subweighing operations to calculate a final value. More advanced features and combination of these features give the Combics 2 indicator almost limitless potential for a variety of operations and applications.
