PS4 Portion Scale
The PS4, with its smooth, molded stainless steel body, lift-off stainless steel commodity tray, and sealed membrane keypad, is incredibly easy to clean and simple to operate. Welded studs on the bottom of the tray fit tightly to the scale’s weighbridge. Featuring a 0.8-inch (20-mm) high 5-digit LCD display and a 5.9 x 4.75 inch (15 x 12 cm) platform with a capacity of 4 lb, this scale is ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, delis and pizza parlors. Accurate to 0.1 oz. NSF certified. Optional stainless steel ice cream cone holders available (single and double).
