Fully Integrated RFX® Wireless Weighing Technology

Intercomp's AC30-60™ Scale is the industry standard for high capacity platform weighing. These scales contain no outdated hydraulics or moving mechanical parts. The fully electronic load cells are certified for accuracy and repeatability by U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technologies and European Office of Legal Metrology. They have been tested to over 100,000 cycles for permanence and accuracy conformance over their lifetime.

Constructed from aerospace grade machined aluminum, the self-aligning platforms with a proprietary web bridge support provide the utmost in durability and are designed to last. When calibrated using Intercomp manual or auto calibration systems, these platform scales can be tested, corrected and verified in less than one hour, saving valuable time.

Low Profile High Capacity Fully Electronic RFX® Wireless Scales

Building on decades of aircraft weight and balance experience, Intercomp's AC60-LP™ low profile scale sets the new industry standard for aircraft platform weighing scales. No other fully electronic system incorporates unsurpassed performance of accuracy and repeatability into a single person portable scale that meets the requirements of airlines, MRO's, militaries and manufacturers for narrow and widebody aircraft weight and balance operations.

Incorporating Intercomp’s GaugeSense™ Technology, the fully electronic scales and load cells eliminates scale warm up time, shortens time between weighings, and removes the need for centering of tires on the active weighing platform. This is in contrast to older, hydraulically actuated, piezo-sensing scale technology, which results in Intercomp scales providing significant time savings for each weighing procedure.

The large active weighing platform enables weighing of even the largest commercial and military aircraft. Scales are constructed from aerospace grade machined aluminum and single person portable to enable rapid deployment and storage of scale systems.  Towable storage and transport carts with pneumatic wheels lessen wear on scales during transportation and come with integrated ramps, so technicians never need to lift a scale in and out of the cart.

Fully Integrated RFX® Wireless Weighing Technology

The ACII™ Series Scales are a low cost and reliable scale system available to operators for weighing light aircraft to determine center of gravity. The low cost of this series offers complete justification for purchasing an ultra-efficient scale system versus outsourcing the work to an independent weighing service.

The Sky-Weigh cargo hook load monitoring system is available for nearly every medium to heavy lift helicopter. Each Sky-Weigh system is unique to its respective make and model aircraft and corresponding cargo hook.

A Sky-Weigh system consists of a cargo hook compatible load sensor, digital load indicator and interface cables. Complete installation and FAA documentation is included with each system. FAA supplemental type certification (STC) is available on most systems.

Sky-Weigh’s digital load indicator is microprocessor based for maximum precision and performance in any lifting operation. A brightness controlled digital display provides exact load readings without parallax errors even in direct sunlight. External loads are displayed in pounds or kilograms. Three levels of digital filtering provide stable readings under the most adverse load conditions. Operator friendly push button controls for zero and test are front panel mounted for easy access. A full function pre-flight test routine ensures reliable and accurate system performance and safe operations. The indicator's compact design requires minimum space for easy panel mount installation. 

Night vision goggle (NVG) compatibility and customized options are available for both military and commercial helicopter applications.
